I was disappointed when I opened the box and realized that there were no screws or mounting hardware included. After calling Stork Craft, I learned that I would not be able to get the replacement parts in a timely manner. I have since returned the crib and will not be purchasing another Stork Craft Crib.

This product came within a day and I was thrilled...until I pulled parts out of box to discover a terrible chemical fume smell. The paint needs sufficient time to off gas the toxic voc's and other nasty chemicals that seep out over time. The product overall seemed in good quality shape, but the smell was too toxic for me and we are returning it because we do not have 6 months as recommended to off gas these chemicals. I have choose to instead purchase a used crib that has already off gassed. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to put a baby in a chemical smelling crib and good warning to you for all new cribs being purchased off gas in a room with a window open for months before your baby sleeps in them.
